Razer Blade 14 Review: Power of Razer Blade 15 in Smaller Size

Being on Intel for years, finally, the Razer Blade lineup got AMD. It has included higher performance than any of the previous Intel editions. Razer’s Blade series of gaming notebooks are the preferable laptops. However, it’s not that cheap but reasonably a powerful notebook for hardcore gamers.

This is one of the sleekest and compact RTX 3080 graphics, a head-turning preposition, and lots more for hardcore gamers designed gaming laptops but includes an AMD Ryzen 9 processor chipset. Plus, it comprises NVIDIA.

Design and Display

 

The sleek chassis design and aluminum alloy materials look exactly the same as the recent Blade Pro and Stealth Blade 15 models. If you have ever watched these laptops, you will understand how Blade 14 series looks like. The model is around 20% bigger than the previous Blade stealth 15 version. But has the same smooth matte surfaces and a robust base.

There is one thing which is also worth noting is its lid which is more susceptible to warping and folding than the whole laptop.

When it comes to laptops, not only the size and design are a matter of concern but the configurations too.  Existing features and components are soldered to fixed configurations. This model comes with three configurations, and their prices are USD 1799, USD 2199, and USD 2799, respectively. All three models share the same CPU, AMD Zen 3, an octa-core, Hexa-thread mobile processor.

Now, come to the components that differ from one another. The basic $1799 model offers you a 144Hz FHD screen display and GeForce GPU. The middle model gives you a display of up to a 165Hz panel with a QHD screen and Ge Force RTX 3070 graphics.

Lastly, the $2799 model comes that offers you the same QHD display and an enhanced GPU version which is RTX 3080. All three model’s screen includes premium AMD FreeSync. Plus, all of them also come with 16GB and 1 TB solid memory storage configuration.
